1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using the digital services, WhiteLabel software panels, or secure APIs provided by 2KADAM, you confirm your absolute agreement to these Terms and Conditions and all operational policies incorporated herein.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To enroll as a Retailer, Distributor, or API Partner, users must provide accurate identity proof and complete corporate verification (KYC) details as requested under standard guidelines.

• Accounts must be managed securely by the primary authorized user.
• False information or unverified documentation will result in instant suspension.
• Platform keys, credentials, and merchant hashes must remain confidential.

3. API Usage Regulations

Partners integrating 2KADAM production infrastructure (AEPS, DMT, BBPS, or Travel systems) must follow secure developer procedures within sandbox and live operations.

Any intentional stress testing, reverse engineering, malicious code deployment, or unauthorized credential query logging on our production cluster will lead to permanent terminal termination and legal reporting.

4. Payment Settlements and Transactions

All online financial transaction processing, balance transfers, automated wallet credits, and vendor settlements occur across robust encryption layers according to status logs verified by clearing channels.

• Merchant processing payouts are credited based on verified settlement terms.
• Unusual volume surges or questionable transactions will be flagged for evaluation.
• 2KADAM holds no accountability for balance discrepancies caused by incorrect user configuration.

5. Modifications to Services

2KADAM reserves the continuous operational right to revise commercial structures, base API parameters, pricing systems, and wallet commission margins dynamically to preserve technical integrity and business balance across India.
